ditanya masa depan

oke. percakapan ini dimulai kira-kira pukul 10.30 wib saat nonton salah satu acara di TV yang menampilkan rumah idaman. melihat rumah yang besar, furniture mewah, canggih, dan yg bagus-bagus lainnya. kakak gua mulai menanyakan hal-hal yg ajib

dei : dengan rumah yang bagus kayak gitu (sambil nunjuk rumah yang di Tv) kira-kira pemilik rumah punya penghasilan berapa sebulan?

gua: mungkin 30 juta

dei: kira-kira pekerjaannya apa?

gua: gak mungkin PNS

dei: trus apa?

gua: mungkin anak orang kaya suami-istri itu, atau suami-istri itu punya usaha yg sukses. dan yang paling mustahil artis. soalnya belum pernah liat mereka sebelumnya di Tv.

dei: nah kira-kira kapan lo bisa sukses kayak mereka?

gua: klo udah selesai kuliah, membangun karir, perbanyak channel, dsb lah


kakak gua menanyakan hal-hal yang membuat gua gak usah mikir terlalu lama, karena gua memang sudah memikirkan masa depan gua. dan sebenarnya pertanyaan ini klo gak salah udah pernah ditanyain dia ke gua sebelumnya. jadi pertanyaan yang mudah dijawab untuk seorang seperti gua. haha

pertanyaan kemudian berkembang ke arah masa depan gua setelah kuliah nanti. akan kerja dimana, gaji berapa, dan sebagainya. pertanyaan itu gua balikan ke kakak gua. at least, kakak gua gak terlalu memikirkan hal itu, dia lebih memikirkan proses yang dibangunnya sekarang. FYI, gaji kakak gua lebih kecil daripada pesangon yg dikasih orang tua gua. sinting atau mau nyusahin diri, S1 hukum tapi mau aja kerja di notaris. nah hal itu juga yang gua fikirkan, apakah dengan titel gua yang d3 ini bisa mendapatkan gaji yang cukup untuk gua settle. paling gak sebagai single person. atau mungkin gaji yang gua dapet nanti akan lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan pesangon orang tua gua, yang kejadiannya sama dengan kakak gua. Ya Allah! berikanlah hambamu ini pekerjaan dan penghasilan yang settle paling gak sampai gua selesai ekstensi. karena setelah ekstensi, gua berencana untuk ngambil s2 di luar negeri. amin Ya Allah. dan mungkin aja gua akan menetap di negara itu. bukan karena gua orang padang yang harus merantau ke tempat yang lebih baik. tapi gua ingin suasana baru dan merupakan tantangan hidup di negeri orang. well, i choose LA.

ok. gua mau buat pengakuan klo gua udah remove ribuan friend list di fb karena gua gak kenal sama mereka sama sekali. awalnya sih karena ingin fb gua terkesan privat dari orang-orang yang gak gua kenal. mereka nge-add fb gua dan gua asik-asik aja confirm-nya. tetapi lama kelamaan gua sadar. itu gak baik. terkesan sombong, angkuh, belagu, dan kata-kata lainnya yang gak jauh beda. sampai saat ini aja, udah sekitar puluhan orang yang nge-add gua lagi. tapi gua diemin dulu. well, i guess i would be confirm they all. hehe
